Gastropub meets Barbecue……

A lot of thought, time and finances went into redoing the beautiful Bar/Restaurant at Diamond Hawk.

With Scott Donhauser, former owner of the outstanding fine dining restaurant, Daniel’s and Craft & Cork Gastropub in Hamburg, NY as our Head Chef and Bill Richer, the former owner of the wildly popular Wild Bill Hickory BBQ in Clarence, NY as part of our team, we knew we had something special.

Wild Bill is a bit of a legend around here. He learned the craft of great BBQ in Texas and spent decades perfecting his craft along with creating his own sauces and brought them to The Hawk. We smoke delicious Brisket, Turkey, Salmon, Chicken and Pork on a regular basis and Scott has incorporated them into some of the most delicious dishes you’ve ever tasted.

The result is a high-quality, imaginative Gastropub menu that is coupled with authentic southern barbeque creating an entirely new dining genre – THE GASTROCUE!

You’ll find everything from outstanding Lobster Bisque, crazy good Salads, and the best Turkey Club you ever had to Smoked BBQ, Beef on Weck Wings and Beef Brisket on Weck. You’re going to love it!

The bar is a blast with Live Music, Large Screen TVs, Golden Tee Golf, super friendly Bartenders and great Drink Specials & Craft Beers (you have to try our own Diamond Hawk Lager brewed by 42 North!)
