Golf Packs may be used by the Golf Pack Member and any member of their immediate family only. Valid ID is required, and golf pack holder must be present with family members when playing. Special requests are welcome. Please contact the General Manager or VP of Golf for request.
Golf Packs are valid until October 15, 2026. Any 2026 golf packs purchased in 2025 after October 15, 2025 may be used for the balance of the 2026 season.
Golf Packs are not assignable or transferable and are non-refundable. Unused rounds will not be reimbursed and are not valid after October 15, 2026.
Golf Carts: Double occupancy limited use of an electric golf cart on DHGC property is included with a golf pack. Use of the cart is limited to the golf pack holder. All other riders who are not Golf pack holders are responsible for payment of the appropriate golf/cart fee. Golf pack holders who choose to use a golf cart are financially responsible for any and all damages to the cart they are using at the time damage is incurred, whether caused by them or their guest(s). Single occupancy carts require additional charge.
This is not an agreement to reserve specific tee times. If a specific tee time is desired to be reserved daily, a different agreement and pricing will need to be executed.
Golf Packs are not valid until the fee is paid in full.
Locker Rental: The Locker Rental fee is $100.00 per locker for the 2025-2026 season. Locker rental will be on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limited number of lockers being available. Locker renters are required to keep the locker hygienically clean and free of dangerous and/or illegal substances and firearms. Failure to do so will result in immediate eviction from the locker with no refund given.
Renters are also responsible for any and all damage caused to their assigned locker. DHGC will keep a master key to all lockers in case of emergency. DHGC is not responsible for items left in the locker. All personal items must be removed from locker by October 15, 2026. Club Storage: $100.00. Club Storage space is limited, and will be on a first come, first served basis. DHGC is not responsible for any lost, broken, or damaged golf clubs, golf bags, or personal items left in golf bags. Club storage is in an open-air area and may accumulate dust.
NYS Liquor laws prevent private coolers from being brought onto the DHGC and prohibit consumption of beer, wine or liquor not purchased from Diamond Hawk. Private coolers are not allowed on the golf carts / course.
Seniors must be 62+ at time of purchase to qualify for Senior rates. Senior citizens must present appropriate documentation (i.e. driver’s license). Any falsification of information will result in a termination of your Golf Pack with no refund.

No "standing" tee-times will be honored. Availability of tee-times is not guaranteed.
Tee times are based on availability and will not be available during private tournaments and events.
Diamond Hawk Golf Course reserves the right to limit the number of packs sold and the right to refuse any sale at their discretion.
Diamond Hawk Golf Course reserves the right to cancel any Golf Pack Holder at their discretion. A refund will be made for unused rounds.
