DIAMOND HAWK BAR & RESTAURANT – “THE HAWK”
The Hawk Restaurant features House Smoked Meats, outstanding Burgers (and we mean outstanding!), Smoked Beef Brisket on Weck, Wings to die for and one of the best Haddock Fish Fry’s in Buffalo on Fridays (in-season)! Add our outstanding appetizers, crazy-good salads, decadent desserts and other great sandwiches and entrees and you have a menu that people rave about!
Look for weekly specials too! We’re talking outstanding entrees such as Crab Stuffed Haddock and Prime Rib to pub favorites such as Specialty Wings and Chicken Finger Subs. You can always count on something new and delicious!
The bar is a blast with LIVE MUSIC every Wednesday, Friday & Saturday (and some other nights too), large screen tv’s, Golden Tee Golf, darts, super friendly bartenders, and great food & drink specials (You gotta try a smoked Manhattan or our own Diamond Hawk Lager on tap!) Be sure to check out our specialty martinis and cocktails when you’re here and expect the best in liquors, wines, and draft beer!
The bar / restaurant is always open to all, and we offer a beautiful indoor dining facility and a fabulous outdoor patio overlooking the course and, of course, the outdoor band stand and large dance floor.

CURRENT BAR & RESTAURANT HOURS
Monday – Saturday: Kitchen is open 11:30 am until 9pm. Bar closes later depending on crowd size.
Sunday: Kitchen is open 11:30 am – 5:00 pm. Bar closes at 6:00 pm.

Make a reservation
Online reservations are available for parties up to 16 indoors (two tables of 8) and up to 6 on the patio / outdoors. Table reservations are for DINING CUSTOMERS ONLY (seating at the bar and some high-top tables are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.)
We are unable to make reservations by email.
For larger parties, please call 716 651-0700 ext. 2 and we’ll be happy to accommodate you!
- Parties of 8 to 16 (indoors) will be seated at two tables by each other and served as individual tables.
- Parties over 16 are considered private events, please call 716 651-0700 ext. 2 and we’ll be happy to work with you!
All members of the party must be present to seat. Reservations will be held for 15 minutes past reservation time. If no one from the reserving party is present 15 minutes past reservation time, the reserved table may be provided to another party.
Checks cannot be split for parties 6 and over.
Cancellations & Modifications – If you made your reservation online you can cancel or modify from the link provided in the confirmation email you received.
No Shows – Guests who do not show without cancellation may not be allowed to make future reservations.
